OXFORD, Conn., Feb. 25, 2020 — Adam Equipment, a leading manufacturer of professional scales and balances worldwide, will highlight several of its lab balances, scales and accessories at Pittcon from March 3 to 5. Adam personnel will be at Booth 4115 at the annual laboratory science conference and expo, which will be held at McCormick Place in Chicago.

A new range of balances, the Luna, will take center stage at Adam’s booth. Available in both analytical and precision models, Luna offers a wide variety of applications for everyday lab use, along with a generously sized, 24mm-tall LCD display; standard USB and RS-232 interfaces; and data sharing and connectivity via standard USB and RS-232 interfaces.

The Luna range’s analytical models offer capacities from 80g to 250g with a readability of 0.0001g, while precision models provide an impressive range of capacities from 220g to 15000g with readabilities from 0.001g to 0.1g. Luna also offers a built-in capacity tracker to guard against potential overloads.

Adam will also highlight its Equinox and Solis lab balances. The two ranges both include models that deliver two to five places of readability for remarkable precision. Equinox – Adam’s most sophisticated balance to date – features a touchscreen display with icon-driven menus for intuitive operation.

Booth displays will also include Adam’s NTEP-approved Highland balance (ideal for use in the botanical industry, particularly in dispensaries), the Latitude compact scale (a workhorse for production, warehouse or field use in industries such as manufacturing, food processing, catering, packaging and veterinary) and the AVT anti-vibration table, which minimizes disruptions to weighing results caused by vibrations.
