All Astro models feature a large, durable grade 304 stainless-steel pan that accommodates ingredients, powders or a weighing container. The all-stainless-steel housing can be cleaned quickly, preventing the accumulation of particles or spills.
Astro scales are available in three models:
ASC 2001 has a capacity of 2000g and readability of 0.1g.
ASC 4001 has a capacity of 4000g and readability of 0.5g.
ASC 8000 has a capacity of 8000g and readability of 1g.
Astro scales are ideal for weighing recipe ingredients, helping to maintain consistent results in small or large batches. Simple operation with only two keys allows quick access to the weighing units (g, lb, and oz). Astro can be operated with two AAA batteries or the included AC adapter.
